What is Ahai® Energy Healing?

Ahai Energy is a form of 7th dimension energy that works at a high frequency. (think upper Chakras!) Ahai can be used to facilitate powerful healing on the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual planes, as well as upgrade your physical & spiritual bodies. This energy helps to reactivate dormant DNA and open your innate intuitive and energetic gifts to their fullest potential. An Ahai Practitioner can send the energy through the hands or telepathically to the receiver, and it will help to naturally bring the body back into balance, align the chakras, and activate any upgrades that are for your highest and best.

• We can get 'off center' from living our day to day lives. One session resets your personal energy back to its natural state (hello high vibe!), so you'll feel lighter, clearer, grounded into the body, which can help support the body's natural healing process.

• Recalibrates the energy field which clears out any feelings of tension & dense emotions

• Helps release unwanted energetic patterns, loops, and helps move forward from feeling “stuck” in cycles

• Each Session is different & each person's experience can vary. It's important to remain open

• This is your time to rest and relax. Your only job during the session is to relax and to be open to receiving the energy! Your experience will be exactly what you need at that time.

• During the session, you will lay down, close your eyes, relax and receive the energy. You most likely will enter a meditative state where you might feel heat, cold, alternating heat and cold, tingling, twitching, or vibrations. It’s not uncommon to feel the energy moving through your body. Have a blanket nearby in case you get cold. You might also see colors, numbers, or visions, and it’s not uncommon to astral travel (go into a dreamlike state).

• When you set a clear intention for the session, it’s common for the answers to drop in through your inner knowing.

• Another common occurence is an emotional release. If you feel emotions coming up during the session, allow yourself to fully feel and release them - don’t hold back! The emotions are coming up for a reason and are looking to be released from the body.

• During the session, if you feel like “nothing” is happening, know that you are receiving the energy. This is very high-frequency energy, and we aren’t always attuned to sensing it at first, the same way some people don’t hear dog whistles be cause the pitch is too high.

• Come prepared with an intention for the session.  What do you want to accomplish with the session?

• You'll need a cozy quiet space to enjoy the Zoom session or an option for an in-person session in Miami, FL

• Each session lasts 1-1.5 hours and consists of a 30 min relaxing meditation followed by a 30 min discussion and guidance of what came up. The guidance generally relates to the intention set for the energy healing session
